An entry ticket allows entrance to Yuletide at Devon, access to all live music events, unlimited free rides on our 65ft Ferris Wheel, Carousel and Himalaya ride, and access to all festival attractions including Kringles Whisky Bar (21+) and Bergy's Brauhaus (21+).

Yes, all visitors will need to have an entrance ticket in order to enter the festival grounds. Tickets can be purchased online and in-person at our box office on the day of your visit. Please note all members of your party will require an entry ticket.

Yes! You can purchase a season pass on the ticketing page here. Season passes are good for any day of the festival with no blackouts.

No. Yuletide at Devon is a cashless event. A credit card or Apple/Google Pay is required for all transactions including parking, admission ticketing, food and beverage or shopping purchases.

Yes! On the day your ticket is valid, you’re free to come and go from Yuletide as often as you wish! Make sure to get your hand stamped before exiting.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, please feel free to gift your tickets to a family member or friend.

Yes, you will need a valid entrance ticket to enter Yuletide at Devon. Please be aware that your entrance ticket does not guarantee you entrance to Kringle's or Bergy's Brauhaus if they are at capacity or closed.

In the case of an emergency, immediately call 911. All Yuletide staff are wearing long black down jackets with "Yuletide Devon" on the back. Please report your emergency to the nearest Yuletide staff member you see.

Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a Guest age 14 years of age or older to enter Yuletide at Devon. We regularly update our rules to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Yes, there is a lost and found located in our info booth, right next the entrance to the festival.

Bags are allowed into the venue but will be checked by security at the entrance.

Outside food and drink is prohibited, with the exception for medical or baby needs.

Our event is rain or shine and all operations will continue. Our team is prepared to deal with snow removal for the safety of our guests.

Nope! Photos with Santa are included with admission and he will be available for photos every day we’re open!

Pets are not allowed into the venue, with the exception for service animals.

There are picnic tables, benches, patio sets, Adirondack chairs and indoor seating spaces available around the venue on a first come, first served basis.
